Lunch at Wiltons with the legendary Cedric of villa fame. Good to be back after a certain noble break. Lunch as delicious as ever, even on my new ‘back to starvation’ regime…beef consomme and the best smoked salmon in London.
SJ Villas are moving!!!!!!! Off to Chelsea in 2 weeks time, 15 Bury Walk, SW3 here we come….. so packing boxes, changing telephone lines and polishing our shoes!
More of the beautiful villa in Bali. There are loads of beautiful villas in Bali, this proved to be a great party house with 5 huge bedrooms spread across 3 pavilions, gorgeous indoor/outdoor bathrooms and an amazing pool area with bar (!), pool table and big sofas and cushions…. loads of space for everyone and unbelievably good value for money… call SJ Villas!
And the bar staff were gorgeous….

Back from the Island of the Gods and 10 days in a sublime luxury villa north of Sanur,with loads of space, great infinity pool and lovely in house staff who proved to be great cooks! The traffic is as bad as they say, so for those wanting to party hard then Seminyak might be a better option. We did have an outing to Ubud, I couldn’t believe that this once tranquil village is now full of shops…. lovely dinner at the Four Seasons and obligatory visit to the Amandari Hotel, always a pleasure..
We transited via Zurich airport and got stuck in the mayhem yesterday but I have to say the view of the alps almost made the wait worthwhile!

Preparing to leave the building and off to Bali for the holidays…….. we have taken a lovely villa overlooking the sea in Sanur. Family flying in from far and wide…. Jakarta, Shanghai, Paris and London…….. and the Rogers already there… let the fiesta begin!

Quick trip to Venice last week to see the lovely new apartment property belonging to the Bauer Hotel. The fabulous Mrs Bortolotto was hostess with mostest and we were spoilt. Loved the wonderful apartments, coming soon to SJV…
